“This term has been focused on characterisation, specifically we’ve been exploring the work of Rudolf Laban and Eric Morris’ system of externals. The Externals approach is a system in which the actor uses other people, animals, inanimate objects and even insects as inspiration for building a fully rounded character. The students have had a wonderful journey of discovery in exploring their own creative potential and performance range. They’re very excited to share their work with an audience!”
