Dear Members,
Disappointingly, our AGM on Tuesday, 29th March was unable to go ahead as scheduled, as we did not have enough members in attendance as required according to the Constitution:
QUORUM AT MEETING
20. At all Special General or Annual General Meetings a quorum shall be ten percent (10%) of the financial members of the Division who are entitled to vote or ten (10) eligible members whichever is the greater. At Management Committee meetings a quorum shall be six (6) of whom one (1) shall be of Executive status. In the event of a quorum not being present thirty (30) minutes after the appointed time for a meeting to commence, the Chairman shall again call a meeting for one week thereafter. If at the adjourned meeting a quorum is not present fifteen (15) minutes after the specified time, the meeting shall continue with those present. In the event of an adjourned meeting, notice shall be sent by post to all financial members.
Therefore, our AGM has been adjourned until next Tuesday, 5th April at 7:30pm & will be held at the Arts Theatre, 6 Surf Road, Cronulla. The AGM is an opportunity for each member to come along and hear how the theatre is progressing and ask questions of the theatre management. It also provides a chance for members to become involved in the future by joining the committee.
To be eligible to vote you must be a financial member of three months standing and you must have at least six months standing to stand for a committee position.
The following positions will be open for election:

b. Vice-President
c. Secretary
d. Treasurer
e. Publicity Officer
f. Ticketing Manager
g. Front of House Manager
h. Stage Co-ordinator
i. Technical Manager
j. Props & Wardrobe Co-ordinator
k. Two Ordinary Members
