Auditions details:
- Sunday, 24th January at 2pm  
- Thursday, 28th January at 7:30pm  
- Saturday, 6th February at 10am 

Held at the Arts Theatre Cronulla, 6 Surf Road, Cronulla.  

Auditions are open to everyone, and if selected, you will need to become a member of the theatre ($25), if you are not a current financial member. 

Note:
Please don’t hold back from auditioning. If a director doesn’t know you want to have a go, it makes it really difficult for a director to know you were thinking about a role. 
This also applies if you want to try stage managing, stage hand or tech – let the director know early and we can get training asap. We are ALWAYS looking for enthusiastic & reliable volunteers! 

Rehearsals:
Rehearsals commence Thursday, 11th February 2021 with a read-through, then every Monday & Thursday from 15th February, 7:30-9:30pm. 

Synopsis: 
It is December 1936, and Broadway star William Gillette, admired the world over for his leading role in the play Sherlock Holmes, has invited his fellow cast members to his Connecticut castle for a weekend of revelry. But when one of the guests is stabbed to death, the festivities in this isolated house of tricks and mirrors quickly turn dangerous. 

Cast:
William Gilette (M 50+) 
Eccentric, yet lovable actor extraordinaire.    

Martha Gilette (F 70+) 
Always a mother, lives with William in his Connecticut castle.

Felix Geisel (M 40+)  
Member is William’s theatre ensemble, friend since childhood.

Madge Geisel (F 40+)  
Wife of Felix, also a member of the ensemble.

Simon Bright (M 20+) 
Sometimes naive, but always earnest member of the ensemble.

Aggie Wheeler (F 20+)  
A sweet, lovable & adoring member of the cast.

Inspector Goring (F 40+) 
Local police officer, sometimes addled, known for closing cases.

Daria Chase (F 50+) 
The most unexpected guest. A local critic who never stops.
